community and how we are different from other local churches;
Youth – bring them back
--lack of children/youth and their families, loss

--having a youth minister for youth now and for
when we grow and have younger families; --develop good youth programs;
youth groups; --youth participation; encourage youth participation;
Building maintenance
--building that is growing older; --need to make
buildings more handicapped accessible;
Worship
--Lack of alternative worship services; --lack of
vibrant and meaningful worship
