| The Rev. Dr. A Hale Schroer is currently
serving as Interim Minister at KUCC. Dr. Schroer served as a parish
pastor for seventeen years prior to joining the Eden Seminary
Faculty. While teaching at Eden, his primary area of interest was
worship and preaching. Since his retirement from Eden in 1999, he
has served as interim pastor to several churches in the St. Louis
area.

Jack Lewis will be Kirkwood UCC's Eden Seminary contextual education
student during the 2008-09 academic year. A second year Master
of Divinity student, he has indicated an interest in strengthening
his preaching and worship leadership skills as part of his time with
us. Jack comes from the Akron, Ohio area, via his studies at
the University of Utah, where he maintains his membership at
Holladay UCC in Salt Lake City. He has passions for Interfaith and
Ecumenical Relations, Global Christianity, and ministry to and with
those traditionally excluded and marginalized from faith
communities. |
